Refund policy

All items must be in their original packaging and labeled with a return authorization number within 30 days of receipt. A return authorization number can be obtained by calling 330-614-6631 between the hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. No return parcels will be accepted freight collect. A 15% restocking charge will be deducted from the return credit payment for bank processing fees.
